Since teacher is manager of teaching-learning process in a classroom teacher s role is indeed a primary component to conduct guidance program especially learning guidance. It can be active and direct as giving learning guidance information about the way of study and other inderect function such as establishing favorable environment that enables the students to have more motivation to study
