The Purpose of this research is to invertigate the degree of instructional management of lecturersat Educatioanl Adminstration Departement Faculty of Education IKIP MALANG. This research applied evaluative descriptive design and population upon the lecturers of this departemen. All the data were analyzed by employing descriptive statistical techniques percentage mean and standard deviation.
