The Insructionalmanagement of Lecturers at Educational Administraion Departement Faculty of Education IKIP MALANG. The Purpose of this research is to invertigate the degree of instructional management of lecturersat Educatioanl Adminstration Departement Faculty of Education IKIP MALANG. This research applied evaluative descriptive design and population upon the lecturers of this departemen. All the data were analyzed by employing descriptive statistical techniques percentage mean and standard deviation. In general it was found that the degree of instructional management of the lecturers were categorized as good and only two obsserved variables were categorezed as sufficient including selecting snstructional strategy and identifying the causes of the existing students problems
