The Perimary School Quality Improvement throug the whole school development Approach. In term of juridical theoretical and global perspectives primery school is an urgent educational institution. For such a concern the quality of primary school should be increased in term of social institutional and academic function. The hypothesis highlighted in this articale is the education quality improvement through the whole school development approach.
