Based on the general performance of the schools the schools quality of Indonesia shoold be improved contnuously. Indonesia gaverament has implemented various progrems to increase the school quality. One of the program that has been conducted is the educatianal managament training to improve the guality of the principals leadership in 27 provinces of Indonesia. The leadership style of the principals are perceived to influence school quality.
