The Bassic Style of Principals Leadership and school Quality. The school quality is considered as main issue in the national education system. Based on the general performance of the schools the schools quality of Indonesia shoold be improved contnuously. Indonesia gaverament has implemented various progrems to increase the school quality. One of the program that has been conducted is the educatianal managament training to improve the guality of the principals leadership in 27 provinces of Indonesia. The leadership style of the principals are perceived to influence school quality. Based on there search findings it was found that the effective leadership style of the principals had improved by improving the leardership styles of the principals.
