This article attempts to know the arrangement of inservice education progam to get S1 degree for secondary school teachers and the implication of the program to teaching learning processat school. The data were taken by using questionnaire. It was found that the amount of teaching load at school made the teacher not seriously learn and do assignments. The implication of the program is that the ability to plan analyse apply and evaluate teaching materials increases.
