As a language skill it is said that a transliteration activity from a source to a target language requires a mastery of the two langages. In reality however some other factors when not met may bring the translation unenjoyable to the readers. This essay is developed to contribute something about the process of communication based upon which the translation activity managed. This is to except that the readers could see that of trans-lation techniques are two other things a good translator should take into account.
