The Role of Effective Principal Leadeship. The leadership of the principal is perceived as the key element for school effectiveness. Principal has two substantial roles educational leader and school manager. The two roles can be specified in details including eight roles such as cultural social team supervisory organizational educational administrative and inspirational leadership. A pricipal may apply a role dominantly with out regarding another roles. The effective pricipals do not only fulfill the followers needs in transactional way but also exercise transformational model which is supposed to empower the school to become effective excellence and self managing.
