The Power in Educational Organization. The power in educational organization is common and natural. Actually leaders are involved in politic (power in action) but they were not realized. Most of organizational leaders a gain a power and doing politics an occupation position which cause the leaders ever though formal are fallen with that formal employment. However if the power can be held on the leaders will be able to exercise their leadership function effectively. But do not forget to remember that the power is belong to the Got Allah SWT.
