Developmental strategy and drill/practice strategy are two strategis that should be used for teaching learning process in mathematics. Developmental strategy is usually used at the beginning of new topics to understand conceptts and drill/practice strategy is usually used to increase skill. The correct use of developmental strategy has positive impact for students to have certain characteristic critical logical analytical and correct.
