The relevant information can be used as point to value the stock price. As part of the important information earning per share (ESP) and interest rate are widely used by investors because the change of EPS and interest rate determine the varition of the stock price directly. This research is intended to analyze the influence of EPS and interest rate on the stock price in Jakarta Stock Exchange. It empirically is found that EPS and interest rate have significant influences on the dynamics of the stock price. EPS correlates positively with the stock price and interest rate negatively.
