This paper describes a system af speaker identification using neural network with learning constructive backpropagation. The system identifies the real speakerbased individual s utterance. The ceptral coeefisiens given by the inverse fourier transform of the logarithm of the signal powe spectrum are first processd to obtain the desired features of speaking the Indonesian language.
