The aim of this article is to inform people especially counselor or other helping proffesion who interested in counceling multicultural. This artice concerning with the variety of cultural in Indonesia that is a pluralistic country. The key point of this article is to understand about sensitivity and carefulness of the counselor multicultural about the differential of the individual. Multicultural counceling not only is defined by race and ethnicity bul also involves topics of gender individual values attitudes and beliefs.
