 <note>A natural phenomenon like change temperature  smoke concentration  air pressure  wind velocity  heavy of object  acid content (pH)  and others can  in fact  be perceived by through a Personal Computer (PC). However  both still have to be attached by an appliance linking it  that is  an appliance altering anlogous signal to digital so-called Analogue to Digital Converter (ADC). Design to develop this research covers the design ang layout ADC 0808 to assist the students in doing activity of interface practicum based on the control and censor. From the network  there are two controlling systems using minimum Microprocessor system 8088 and the PC. The data intakes from ADC were examined through the monitor using PASCAL language. The results of the research were gathered with an appliance ADC 0808 with the data bandwidth 8 bits using the Microprocessor 8088 mode of minimum system with the voltage ref 5.12 Volt.</note>
