The quality of education is determined by the quality of student lecturer curriculum and the facility to create the qualified alumnus. The criterion of the graduates are not only measured by the grades point but also measured by their competency in continuous learning. In the Total Quality Management (MMT) the lecturer do as fasilitator of the quality learner in the learning process. The most important orientation of higher education is rasional alumnus/graduates and the ability in problem solving. The balance of quality improvement are especially influenced by the interest of many kinds of stakesholders.
