 <note>Syllabus can be developed by visual art teachers to accomplish the set competences. In order to acco nplish the goal  a learning model which allows the students to undergo real experience is developed. The development of the model is also meant to lead the students to serious discussion which allows them to attain meaningful and useful learning experience. To evaluate the model  oservasions  identification  and analysis of the variety of decorating activities in the field and of the results of teaching-learning process are conducted.</note>
