Synectics model matched with STAD is important to be developed in order to achieve the creative individuals. The research design was quasi-experiment. The collected data was analyzed using ancova. The subjects were students of SMP Kota Makassar. The results of research indicated that synectics model matched with STAD significantly influenced development of students creative thinking development of students creative thinking creative attitudes and the improvement of students course materials competencies
