The objective of this research was to describe the estimation sum of highly talented children characteristic and teachers treatment at excellent Malang state elementary school. Data were collected through test and questionnaire. The collected data were analysed by descriptive statistic. Results found that there were 119 students (15 23 %). Most of them indicated positive characteristics. Teachers treatments to the highly talented children were adding and extending subjects material through individualized learning.
