Indonesia deals with the impact of global warming such as long dry season and short interval rainfall but the worse includes high rainfall storm destructed coral reef and submerged lower shore area and small island. Antisipating global warming impact needs a national scale and long time dimension. Therefore spatial planning for national boundary (RTRWN) becomes important.
