Global warming rivers to a phenomenon of increasing temparature at earth surface because of increasing greenhouse effect. Indonesia deals with the impact of global warming such as long dry season and short interval rainfall but the worse includes high rainfall storm destructed coral reef and submerged lower shore area and small island. Antisipating global warming impact needs a national scale and long time dimension. Therefore spatial planning for national boundary (RTRWN) becomes important. Generally the capita of RTRWN contains policy directions stating direction and policy for (a) protected area and (b) cultivation area.
