Halaman: p. 125-135 The purpose of this research was to find out whether the classroom management of PEQIP Elementary School teachers and their students learning achevements were better than those of non-PEQIP Elementary School teachers and their students learning achievement. It was also to know the correlation between classroom management adn students learning achievement. The population of this research was all of Elementary School teachers in Pauh and Lubuk Kilangan sub-districts. The sample consisted of 18 persons and was selected at random. The instruments of this research were interview guide and observation guide. The data was analyzed by using t test and sample correlation/ regression techniques. The hypitheses of this research were (1) The implementation of classroom management of PEQIP Elementary School teachers was better than that of non-PEQIP Elementary School teachers (2) Learning achievement of students taught by PEQIP Elementary School teachers were higher than those of students taught by non-PEQIP Elementary School teachers (3) There was essential correlation between classroom management and students learning achievement. The result of the hypotheses testing showed that the score of classroom management of PEQIP Elementary School teachers was not better than that of non-PEQIP tteachers. Furthermore students learning achievement of PEQIP Elementary School in main subject were lower than those of non-PEQIP Elementary School. It was also found that classroom management implemented by the teachers has no essential correlation with students learning achievement.
