Halaman: 3-14 Since there decades ago scientists laypeople and politicians have become increasingly aware of the impotance of ethics in scientific research. It suggests that ethics should have answers to questions regarding the personal or even the collective conduct of life.That hope however implies a pessiimistic mood. Science has developed fasther than ethics. It seems to be true that ethics will become a melancholic science in front of science. In this pessimistic sound this article tries to find out the new function of ethics. In the front of scientific investigation ethics should play its role as a defender of human subject. In this new task the article suggests that we have to develop the ethical reasoning in answering the problems of intrumentalization of human beings in scientific researches.
