In questioning the effects of television on our way of thinking we should be aware of both its epistemological aspect as well as its ontological aspect. Following Zygmunt Bauman the article will adderss into some ethical dilemmas that are speed vs. slowness privatevs. public authority vs. idolatry event vs. policy. Te reflection upon these ethical problems will lead us to the question concerning our moral responbility.
