This study focused on cognitive aspect of criminal act. Intervention of the 10 criminal thinking patterns merges the cognitive and spirituality principles. This intervention is called Cognitive Spiritual Conseling Program. The objective of this study is to examine the influence of this program to the 10 criminal thinking patterns on women prosoners. The sample consisted of women prisoners from a county jail in Bukittinggi (N 12). Level of the 10 criminal thinking patterns were assessed by 10 BKB Scale. A other data were collected using observation and anamneses. The maesurement results of 10 BKB Scale showed that there was a score decrease in the results of pretest and posttest from the twelve subjects. It means this program was effective to reduced the 10 criminal thinking patterns particularly for closed thinking victim stance lack of effort uniqueness lack of time perpective and lack of interest in responsible performance.
