The objective of this study was to understand the relationship between in service tacher training work motivation and their performance. The population is teachers in the Riau Province. Thirty teachers were randomly selected from more than 150 teachers who attended an in service training at the Quality Assurance Institution in Pekanbaru. The study concludes thar there is moderately high correlation coefficient among those variables.
