One of the most strategic and effective in building and developing Javanese Language and Literature was to intensify developing teaching Javanese Language and literature through formal education either in SD SMP SMA or colleges. On the other side referningthe local autonomy local goverment (province district and city) and assembly at provicial need to be proactive and to be positive to take action in publishing local regulations (Perda) about Javanese Language and literature education building and developing Javanese Language and literature as essential law for its operation
