Economic globalization is undeniable thing. It is impossible for Indonesia to deny it unless it wants to be discarded by other countries. Unfortunately it gives not only positive impact but also the negative ones for the society and the country as well. In this condition law can be used as an instrument to keep the balance of loal and global needs. Many examples can be shown that many law product in indonesia are resulted from the supra state push. Even it is often trapped in law making that is neither historic nor cultural. In facing all those condition country law reposition is a must. The guidance lies on the balancing of local and global needs.
