This research aims to design policies for a sustainable coastal zone development due to stakeholder preferences in Subang Regency. Thus mapping every stockholder s importance and influence is a specific goal to describe. All methods in this research were taken from stakeholder s analysis. The analysis follows these steps identification of stakeholder making stakeholders table analysis of importance and influences and categorizing them in a grid which were based on those importance and influences.
