The whole intelligent investigation done by habernas about rationalization is actually directed to enforce its view of communicative rationality. Habernas applied this communicative rationality into politics dimension. It is closely related to the process of making politics scientific in modern society. Habernas relates it with the implementation of science and technology in modern society as it directly faces the the politic power. This paper will investigate the bond between the improvement of science and technology and the politics power in modern society. The scientific politics process in modern society will be well done if every citizen actively participates in politics life. It can be realized in a region which is free form cencor and domination without any force or violence.
