Halaman: 190-223 Competition for using and controlling natural resources forest is steadily increasing and natural resources conflicts are the direct result of the pressures from population growth and diversity of interest among user groups. Pengelolaan Hutan Bersama Masyarakat (PHBM) can be a vehicle for community Based forest Management (CBFM) if it is conducted with an emphasis on the well-being of local ecosystem and human communities. Focus on the Wana Wisata Curug Cilember in the perum PERHUTANI Kesatuan Pemangkauan Hutan Bogor the objective of this study is to describe how they implement CBFM. This objective was analyzing with qualitative approach by study case method. The secondary data were collected from Perum PERHUTANI Kesatuan Pemangkauan Hutan Bogor and the primary data were collected with Focus Group Discussion in study site. The paper ends with a brief discussion of success factors obstacles and lessons learned followed by suggestion for the implementation of CBFM on Wana Wisata Curug Cilember.
