Up to now we still find some students weaknesses in oral communication especially in listening and speaking skill. The students still have some weaknesses in comprehending speech understanding interpersonal communication and listening as supporting facility. Students weaknesses in speaking are generaly caused by the facts that they are not skillfull enough in making preparation arrangement and delivering speech. Those weaknesses are the impact of course learning system related to oral communication which is not conducted maximally. The ways to anticipate those weaknesses involve lecturer s and students activities. Teaching and learning processes related to these skills must be supported by many listening and speaking practices continuously based on the correct theories.
