Kemandirian Profesional Guru dalam Pemanfaatan Lingkungan Sebagai Sumber Belajar



This study was aimed to improve the teachers professional self dependence in ultilizing the environment as a learning resource. This study was carried out in the fifth grade of cipadung I elementary school. Bandung regency through developing the Elliot model modified as necessary to develop the inquiry teaching model of familiarity to the environment . This model was developed through collaborative reflection inquiry with the teachers.This study was conducted in three cycles each cycle consisting of three actions through the procedure of (1) identification of the problems faced by the teachers (2) analysis of the facts and findings of the causes of the problems (3) general planning in the from of planning the development of inquiry model of familiarity to the environment (4) implementation of the actions as planned (5) evaluation to find out the weaknesses found in the implementation of the action and its solution. The result the study concluded that the development of the inquiry teaching model of familiarty to the environment could improve the teachers profesional self-dependence in the teaching of natural sincence through the utilization of the environment as a learning resource.There was a fundamental change especially in the teachers role. The teachers now act as facilitators to the students.
