This study was aimed to solve problems faced by teachers in their teaching and problems faced by students. This study was carried out in SD Negeri 82 in fifth grade Subdistrict of Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh.The preparation done was training the teachers to develop and to use the homework sheet developing the teaching learning process an training students to do the homework sheet outside their school hours. The order of activities was an initial survey to find the problems which needed to be solved training the teachers to develop and to use the homework sheet
