Kontribusi kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap efikasi-diri guru pada sekolah menengah kejuruan Malang Raya



Contribution of Transformasional Leadership Toward self-Effucacy on Vicational in Malang Raya. This study examined the relationship betwen teachers of principals Four I s dimension of transformational leadership behaviors and teachers self-efficacy. Data ware collected from 243 teacher working at 74 Vokational High Schools in Malang Raya using transformasional leadership scale and part of school participant Emporwement scale. Results of Linier Miltiple Regrission analysis show significant relationships betwen teachers perceived of principals Four I s behaviors-ideanlized influence inspiratinal motivation intellectual stimulations and individual consideration-and teachers self-efficacy The finding supports earlier suggesting that promoting tacher self-efficacy is the power of transformational leader.
