Degradasi Bahan Organik Limbah Cair Nanas Dengan Konsorium Bakteri Indigen



Pineapple wasterwater contains high organic materials acid pH and is not good to throw to environment because it exceeded the national standart. Isolation of bacterium pineapple wasterwater has canged to bioremeditation proccess of that waste. These aims of research were 1) to get the isolaties of indigenous bactery and 2) to test the potensials of the isolates of indigenous bactery degradating pineapple wasterwater. The method sample was random in pineapple wasterwater location the experiment was done by two step i.e. isolation identification and isolate characteristics. Second test of isolats ability to degradation wasterwater and then test of consorium which choosed and potentially consorium tested by volume variants and incubation time. Data was analtsed bt variance analysis. The result showed isolating 15 isolates isolates of 3 8 10 and 12 have degradation ability most potentially seen from indicator of pH biological Oxcygen Demand (BOD) Chemichal Oxcygen Demand (COD) and Total Suspended Solid (TTS). The consorsium of four inidgenous bactery of starter of 15% (v/v) consentration and incubation time of 6 days degrade pineapple wasterwater the best
