This study is aimed at describing the profile and efforts of developing non-formal education supervisor s proffession. In achieving the objective survey in the form of questionnaire is assigned and incidental sampling towards all participants on five national trainings for trainer candidates of non-formal education supervisor are applied. The result shows that the number of supervisors with experience in non-formal education is smaller than which with experience in formal education. In the activities of developing profession they demonstrate very low performance whether in writing scientific articles composing supervisory manual or designing proper educational tecnnology. It is recommended that a training program and a system of advisory are built to help non-formal education supervisors able to develop their own supervisory profession.
