The process of education does not depend fully on the various kinds of the activities done by the formal school. Other institution that is also considered very important to build character to the society is Media Massa. This writing aims at studying the role of Mass Media especially the television of education. The main argumentation is that education should be seen as the part of the development of the national culture.
