Halaman: 643-658 This study will evaluate Tanjung Priok Car Terminal (TPT) s performance and problems which occured on loading/unloading car in TPT. Its performance can be observed by several indicators such as USH UGH WT IT NOT BOR and YOR. Unlike USH which has increased UGH has decreased year by year. However TPT has shown an increase performance by the achievement average UGH of 32 unts in 2011. The average WT in 2007 until 2011 in nit quite good since the average WT (1 05 hour) exceeds the maximum limit. IT in TPT is relatively good the average of IT is around 0 01 hour. NOT in TPT is also relatively good with an average of it is around 1.32 hour. The utilization and yard utilization are still elgible. So that TPT doesn t need the additional berth and yard. TPT should consider to expand the yard when the average of YOR is more than 75% per month. Based on depth interview there are two factors which can bring negative impact for the effectiveness loading/unloading activities in TPT. Those factors are the limitedness of yard and bad weather. 1.
