This research is intended to determine a relationship betwen knowledge on educational leadership perception on school principal s and knowledge on educational leadership and perception on school principal s supervision simultaneously white teaching effectiveness. The study was carried out at SMU N Surakarta Municipality the research method was descriptive survey using regression and correlation statistical techniques.
