Penerapan Konsep Sosial Dalam Pembelajaran IPS Studi di SLTP NEGERI 01 Surakarta.



The research aim at applying social concepts in learning IPS integratively. in choosing learning strategy in observing changes in cognitive affective an conative aspects and finding the learning model. The research in classroom action research in the form of cycles following kemmis and MC Taggart model which covers planning action observation and reflection. Cycles refer to the problems in the 1994 IPS curriculum for junior high schools especially in choosing and modifying subyect into integrativee themes. Before implementing diagnosing curricukum test texbooks interviewing learning problems sharing among the researcher for planning action are done. The finding are (1) the implementation of the learning IPS integratively have positive impacts (2) the use of different types of strategies increases active participation interess and critical thought (3) there is an increas of achievements (4) a model of learning IPS integratively is found.
