port infrastructure development in indonesia is a necessity consideringthe condition of this infrastructure was still very poor when compared with the majority of other countries in the world. this statement reflected the position of port infrastructure from Indonesia which still ranks 96th of 138 countries surveyed by the world economic forum in the year 2010-2011 and for infrastructure in general Indonesia is ranked 82th. among the evidence of the poor condition of the port of Indonesia are still a lack of supporting infrasstructure facilities lenght of service and freight containers applies to the high cost of logistics in the port so that the competitiveness of domestically produced goods to be low and others.Basic problem in this program is a limited funding so the purpose of this study is to find a basic solution that is identification as support made by the ministry of finance is expected to be a stimulus to attarct the fund needed. Analysis method is used to answer the problem and goal is the method of root cause analysis and solutions (MRCAS)
