 <note>           The production of lilies as cut flower has considerably increased in the last few years. One of    the problem of lilies growth in the field is need time for flowering. An alternatif to over come flowering problem is by growing genotipes that response to application of GA  8323  and modification of photoperiod. therefore  it is necessery to evaluate the effect of aplication of GA  8323  and phothoperiod and growth and flowering of some genotypes. the research used split-split plot design. As main plot was genotipes (Vl (Lgfrx CK)  V2 (Lgfrx LTl). V3 (Lgfrx Esp)    V4 (Lcbdg x CB) and V5 (LcBdg x SG))  as sub main plot was photoperiod (neutral day and long day)  as sub-sub plot was four GA  8323  concentration (0  50  100 and 150 mg/l). The result of the experiment shows interaction between photoperiod and aplication of    GA  8323  which increase plant height  number of leafs  diameter of bulbs  diameter of flower  initiation of flower and vase life. An effecive concentration of GA  8323  is 50 mg/l - 100 mg/l and aplication of photoperiod significantly increase initiation of flowering and flower quality. Isozyme analysis shows that aplication of GA  8323  and photoperiod caused increase number of band.  </note>
