KAJIAN ISOTERMIK SORPSI AIR DAN UMUR SIMPAN BERAS JAGUNG INSTAN¹⁾ (Study of Moisture Sorption Isothermic and Shelf Life Of Instant Corn Grits)
This research was aimed to study moisture sorption isothermic and shelf life of instant corn grits. The study showed that the instant corn had primary bound water of 5.8% secondary bound water of 13.66% and tertiary bound water of 36.11%. It was show that the shelf life of the product was 12.8 months
