The purpose of this study is to identify the various problems that caused bottlenecking movement of people and vehicles in the Greater Jakarta area on the vertices of a strategic transport. By using the method of transportation development strategy through the Transport Demand Management (TDM) and Transport Supply Management (TSM) each of which is prepared through the optimization approach and the development and construction of infrastructure networks and facilitiesis expected to provide input in the formulation of development strategies in urban transportation major cities in Indonesia so that national transport policy to get solutions that are comprehensive sustainable and oriented in short term medium term and long term. It also required the existence of network integration services and network infrastructure for delivery through the integration of route and schedule of operation and arrangement of transportation for the node to create a single seamless service to service users.
