Efikasi Diri, Kualitas Pengajaran, Sikap Positif dan Kenerja Akademis Mahasiswa



Abstract Self Efficacy Theaching Quality and Positive Attitude and Students Academic Performance. This study examines the influence of selt efficacy teaching quality and attitude toward teaching process on academic performance. The relation of these variables was use to construct the model that was projected toward the explanation of academic teaching phenomenon. A sample was taken from students of the Faculty of Economy of three areas of study program namely economics business and accounting. A survey was conducted to obtain the primary data. the data were examined using multiple regression analysisi. The results show that the students academic performance was significantly influenced by self afficacy teaching quality and interaction between attitde toward teaching process and self efficacy.
