 <note>The current study examined the impact of perceived organizational suport (POS)  work stressor  and gender on work family conflict (WFC) and family work conflict (FWC) variabels. the participants were 100 lectures working full-time for variety of universities in Semarang. T-Test and hierarchical regression analysis were used to test the hypoteses. The result indicated that POS was negatively related to both WFC and FWC POS exhibited a moderating effect of the relationships of stressor and FWC but not WFC. The result also indicated that gender did not predict the level of conflict  and not moderated the effect of stressor on both types of the confict  Studi saat ini meneliti dampak yang dirasakan suport organisasi (POS)  stressor pekerjaan  dan jenis kelamin pada konflik keluarga pekerjaan (WFC) dan keluarga konflik kerja (FWC) Variabel. peserta 100 kuliah bekerja penuh waktu untuk berbagai perguruan tinggi di Semarang. T-Test dan analisis regresi hirarkis yang digunakan untuk menguji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa POS negatif terkait dengan kedua WFC dan FWC POS dipamerkan efek moderating hubungan stressor dan FWC tetapi tidak WFC. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin tidak memprediksi tingkat konflik  dan tidak memoderasi pengaruh stressor pada kedua jenis confict   </note>
