The objective of this case study ware to describe comperahensivly how the SEAMEO-VOCTECH Regional Center conducted the school adoption program to gain invormation from teachers and various interventions for archieving maximum outputs. The study employed naturalistic qualitative method with Jerudong primary school and the VOCTECH Center as the major sites of the study. Three methods of data collection were enumeration techniques participant observation and in-depth interview.
