It relates to the fair 9-year compulsory education (compulsary basic education). The study focuses on benchmark forming composites of Education Index (Literacy Rate Average length of School). Our constitution the 1945 Constitution clearly mentioned that every citizen is entitled to educatoin opportunities in accordance with their interest and talents regardless of their social status race ethnicity religion and gender.
