Village is the smallest government unit within the Republic of Indonesia s government structure. As a unit of government a village is expected to spearhead such an effective management of village governance within the framework of the provision of good public services and adequate for peoplecdomiciled in the village. In fact many obstacles in the implementation of Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Village Government is still a scourge that is very disturbing for almost all villages in Indonesia which led to the failure of the village official to give the best service for ist citizens. This study seeks to comprehensively present the various problems encountered in the field related to the Law No. 32 Tear 2004 which shall then try to propose recommendations for improvements in the future.
